Cookie Policy
Last updated: 05 August 2026
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how 1Gesture Platform Ltd (“1Gesture”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or use our website and services.
It explains:
- what cookies are;
- which cookies we use;
- why we use them;
- how long they remain on your device; and
- how you can control them.
This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer, tablet or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies help websites remember information about your visit, such as your preferences, whether you are signed in, and how you use the website.
Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (“session cookies”), while others remain on your device for a period of time (“persistent cookies”).
3. The cookies we use
1Gesture uses only a small number of cookies and similar technologies.
We categorise them as follows:
- Essential Cookies
- Functional Cookies
- Analytics Cookies (only with your consent)
We do not use:
- advertising cookies;
- third-party analytics cookies;
- social media tracking cookies;
- cross-site tracking technologies; or
- device fingerprinting.
4. Essential Cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary for the operation and security of the Service.
They enable functions such as:
- maintaining your login session;
- protecting against malicious requests;
- remembering security settings;
- balancing traffic across our infrastructure; and
- ensuring the Service operates correctly.
Because these cookies are strictly necessary, they cannot be switched off through our cookie banner.
5. Functional Cookies
Functional cookies remember choices you make, such as:
- language preferences;
- cookie preferences;
- user interface settings; and
- other optional features that improve your experience.
Where these cookies are strictly necessary to provide the functionality you request, they are treated as essential. Otherwise, they will only be set after your consent.
6. Analytics Cookies
With your consent, 1Gesture uses first-party analytics to understand how the Service is used and how it can be improved.
Analytics is collected within our own infrastructure (Supabase) and, with your consent, sent directly from your browser to PostHog (EU Cloud), our analytics provider; we also forward a server-side copy there.
Analytics cookies and similar storage may record:
- a random anonymous identifier;
- session identifier;
- pages viewed;
- button clicks;
- how videos are watched (play, pause, skips, how far through);
- masked session replays — recordings of how a page is used with all text, typing and form entries hidden;
- first-touch referral information (UTM parameters);
- browser family;
- approximate device type;
- Core Web Vitals; and
- approximate country.
We never use analytics for advertising, behavioural profiling or cross-site tracking.
Analytics cookies and storage are only set after you have provided your consent.

You can change your preferences at any time by clicking “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of the website.
